we did our best to build this cozy home and we are at your disposal for any need. We trust that you also will take the same care as if it were your own home 🙂
Kindly follow these simple rules, also out of respect for the neighborhood.
HOUSE RULES
- Check in after 15.00
- Check out before 10.00
- No smoking inside (in the garden you find ashtrays)
- Animals are not allowed
- Access to the family’s garden is allowed from 8.00 to 24.00. The barbecue is available to guests, please clean what you are using
- Keep the sound at low volume and avoid rowdiness
- No parties permitted and don’t invite outsiders without the owner’s permission
- Avoid wastage of water and electricity
- Turn off the lights and close the windows before you leave the appartment
- Leave the apartment clean and tidy on departure and return the keys
We do not ask any deposit, but in case of damages or missing items at the final inspection, guests are required to pay compensation
WARNING: Avoid overload of power by using two or more high-voltage electrical appliances simultaneously (for example dishwasher and oven or oven and hair dryer). The fuse is in the kitchen, while the power meter is outside the house, in front of the garden. Refer to the instructions.
